The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
Matthew 9:37

God doesn’t require a perfect resume. He is not looking for how many degrees we have obtained, or how much money we have been able to make and save. There is no one too weak and feeble to serve God. All that He requires is a willing heart, He provides the ability. There is an abundance of open positions waiting to be filled by willing hearts; ready to open their eyes to the needs of others; helping those who have lost their way and distributing God’s grace, compassion and love. God is responsible for the outcome. He is simply asking that we submit ourselves as tools. Sure the work may break our hearts as well as our backs, but it does not go unnoticed by God. He takes the smallest, but most sincere effort and makes it a success for His glory.

Prayer

I am available God. I am willing to do the work you desire for me. Open my eyes and my heart and lead me to the position that you would have me fill. You are aware of my strength's and my weakness’, and are greater than both. Fill me with your righteousness and send me. Amen.
